Nice overall experience. Nice accommodation with magnificent setting really close to a large shopping plaza with numerous restaurants and box stores, and a restaurant next store. Outstandingly accommodating staff throughout.

Private parking onsite provided. Convenient check-in, GENUINELY HELPFUL employees.

Rooms were comfortable and furnished well.

Cleaning and maintenance of bathrooms could be better. Pool and spa were not kept up very well. Most of the food and coffee for breakfast ran out at 9 AM. There was no hot water on the second morning we were there.

Fox news channel was disabled; I don't stay at a hotel without FNC a second time! HVAC was very "finecky".

The bed was perfect for a restful night's sleep, and I appreciated the nice variety at breakfast each morning. The staff was friendly.

Internet speed was slower than expected.

Was told after check in that the pool facility was down. That was the main reason for the stay.

I appreciated the clean and spacious rooms at Comfort Inn Civic Center with a restful environment. The staff were great, ensuring I had everything I needed. The breakfast choices were good, especially the blueberry waffles!

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

Bed very comfortable. Appreciated the room darkening shades. All staff helpful. Parking lot right out front.

I was put next to the air shaft (I did request a move). Seems like these should be the last rooms rented. The elevator floor was dirty. A separate reading lamp for each bed would be helpful. The bathroom floor was of a cheap material and slippery.

The location and the hotel itself was great.

There was a used washcloth left on the shower curtain. It was disgusting. Cleanliness of the halls and the vending area was also dirty. Could use some more attentive cleaning staff.

toilet seat would not stay up and was dirty on the underside. Sorry but it broke when I tried to push on it hard enough to make it stay up. Also you could hear through the walls quite easily. Also disappointed because you don't have PBS (MPBN) which was carrying Maine HS Basketball State Championships. Was hoping to watch that.

Room was comfortable and quiet. No smoke smell. TV at good height.

Breakfast room cramped. Nice attendant, but cooked food too premade( especially eggs... If you can call those eggs). Pool area quite uninviting, dingy, stuffy.
